Went from ~5 formats to a complete, indexed, self-documenting family of 9:

Key insight: Every format is now self-embodying — the spec IS a document in its own format. The map is the territory, eight times over, and a ninth for when the territory catches fire.

Content-Disposition: extensionless URL renders in browser, explicit .html/.pdf/.txt triggers download. Clean.

clankers.discount now shows live fleet status every 10 minutes:

• All GCP instances (status, zone, type, IP)
• All disks (size, snapshots)
• SSH health per machine (uptime, load, disk, git status)
• Gold file with expected states + criticality ratings
• Resource quotas (vCPU: 8/12 used)
• Previous scan archive with exponential time bucketing
• Charlie added as external/Hetzner machine

Dynamic script discovers all disks via gcloud compute disks list, snapshots each with timestamp naming: {disk}-{YYYYMMDD}-{HHMMz}. Runs daily at 4am UTC. No rotation — accumulates forever. All 11 disks covered.
